Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all Subscribe & Save orders
- Free shipping on one-time orders over $30
- $4 flat-rate shipping on one-time orders under $30

Shipping Delays
Ayda Works is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has left our facility. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
